Multi-DMS (Multi Dealership Management System) is a web-based system used to manage dealership operations such as sales, stock, returns, expenses, payments, and reports. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Multi-DMS.

1) Information We Collect

  • Account Data: name, email, phone number, username, encrypted password
  • Business Data: company/dealer details, products, stock movement, sales memos, returns, damages, expenses, invoices, reports
  • Usage Data: IP address, browser/device info, login history, access logs
  • Financial Summary Data: payable/receive records and transaction summaries (we do not store raw card/bank credentials)

2) How We Use Information

  • To provide system features and operate Multi-DMS
  • To generate dashboards, analytics, and reports
  • To improve stability, performance, and user experience
  • To maintain security, auditing, and abuse prevention
  • To communicate important updates and notices

3) Cookies & Sessions

Multi-DMS uses cookies and PHP sessions to keep you signed in and store basic preferences. Disabling cookies may break login/session functionality.

4) Data Security

We use role-based access control, server-side validation, restricted database access, and logging. If HTTPS is enabled on your server, data in transit is encrypted. System is 100% secure and auto backup system are active.

5) Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We may disclose information only if required by law, necessary to protect against fraud/abuse, or with your permission.

6) Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for operations or legal compliance. After account termination, data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

7) Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting the system administrator.
