By accessing or using Multi-DMS (Multi Dealership Management System), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the system.

1) Authorized Use

Only authorized users approved by their company or dealership may access Multi-DMS. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

2) Acceptable Use

• Use Multi-DMS only for lawful business purposes
• Do not submit false, misleading, or illegal records
• Do not attempt to hack, bypass security, or abuse the system
• Do not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the software without written permission

3) User Responsibilities

• Keep login credentials confidential
• Maintain accurate sales, stock, accounts, and expense data
• Comply with local tax and business laws

Note: Multi-DMS is a management tool and does not provide legal or accounting advice.

4) Availability

We aim for high availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, or other technical factors.

5) Limitation of Liability

Multi-DMS and its developers are not liable for losses caused by incorrect data entry, downtime, business decisions based on reports, or third-party service failures.

6) Intellectual Property

All source code, UI, database structure, and documentation are protected. You may not copy or distribute any part without written permission.

7) Suspension / Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these terms, misuse the system, or engage in illegal activity.

8) Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updates.
